Site Title
Greenaleigh Farm is situated to the West of Minehead, the beach consist of large boulders giving way to sand at the low water line.
Long cast are necessary when fishing a larger tide as you get pushed back up the beach.
Tackle
Beach rods with a stiffish action & capable of casting 6oz are required, reels such as the Daiwa Saltist range loaded with 18-20lb mainline & 60lb leader will suffice.
Pulley or drop down pulley rigs are perfect for this venue, leads should ideally be 6oz grip weights.
Bait
Sand eels either live or frozen ( Blue Ammo eels are the perfect size)
for the Ray.
